Do you know Kumi Koda? I think everybody know her. She is now, very famous and skinny. But she said she was used to be over weight. I think her diet is kind of easy. Everyone can do it! First, she started eating dinner before 6 o'clock p.m. after that, she eats nothing. If we eat something just before going to bed, we will be fat..... And she drinks a lot of water everyday. It is very healthy, because we can get a rapid metabolism. Also she tries drinking diet coke before eating. So she can get full stomach easily :) I think most of girls are interested in diets. So if you want to, you can try these diets :) But make sure you are be careful your condition. Too much diet is not good for your health. ☆GOOD LUCK☆(゜ω゜)

Also I found out exercising and playing sports are very good for people who want to lose their weight. Especially, doing Jumping Rope is best way to lose weight. Other exercises like swimming or running are very hard for beinners. So most people give up quickly. The good points of Jumping Rope are you can do it in your pace and you can burn a lot of carories. If you do this everyday in the same time, it will be more effective. It is good for you to write down how many times you can jump each day. So you can get highly motivate. It is important to continuing. Also Jumping rope is good for lifestyle-related illnesses, because you will improve the circulation of the blood. I know you need to be careful what you eat everyday. But if you continue doing Jump Rope, I'm pretty sure that you can get a happy result :) Let's try it ☆
